A branded sofa? What a great idea to give the University a platform to answer the many questions that potential students have when they are choosing a university. In a fiercely competitive space, the University of Salford wanted a campaign to generate a buzz and increase applications for undergraduate study. The sofa would act both as a metaphor for the university and a platform for students to give personal insights about the University. The creative had the students holding a speech bubble which expresses one of the university’s key messages. By scanning the QR code the audience could watch videos that contain personal accounts from the students about the university.
