Manchester’s premier entertainment and gaming destination, Manchester 235 wanted to rebrand their old bar Fusion. Vega Lounge was conceived and a brand identity for their exciting new lounge was created. Before the launch Manchester was awash with teaser adverts that had been placed all around the city centre as ‘reverse graffiti’. This, in combination with the striking posters, helped to generate a real buzz of excitement about the venue amongst revellers and journalists alike. The bar name takes its name from the second brightest star in the northern hemisphere, and it shares many of its characteristics; it’s bright, exciting and at its most spectacular late at night. These are all things we have tried to convey through the brand whilst combining the magic of the cosmos with glitz and glamour reminiscent of the Las Vegas strip.
